Welcome to our new website

Here at the Peacocks Shopping Centre we aim to provide you with the highest standards of service when visiting the Shopping Centre and our retailer's stores.

Everyone in our team is committed to provide you with a clean, safe, friendly and above enjoyable shopping and leisure environment. I really do want to hear from you if our standards are not up to your expectations or any suggestions you may have to improve our service.

As a major provider of employment in the local area as well as a large user of resources the Peacocks team continually seeks to reduce the impact it has on the environment and improve links with the local community it serves. As such we welcome approaches from local charities and community groups to discuss how we can assist you in your endeavours.

We always try to provide you with a great selection of stores but please contact me in case we lack some of your favourite shops and I will make sure that your request is passed on to our letting agents.

If you have received exceptional service from one of our retailers or a member of the Peacocks team, I would also like to hear from you in order that I can thank them personally and reward them for making your visit even more enjoyable.
